When our health is not so good, there is no point in pushing ourselves to attend meetings! The nights still continue to be cold. Let’s also look out for and exercise the utmost care and consideration towards the health of our senior citizens!

What we can do right now, is chant! What we can do right now, is take action! All of our wholehearted efforts in the present translate directly into the construction of a magnificent future! Let’s leave no regrets behind us!
“You did a fantastic job!" Let's wholeheartedly appreciate and applaud the efforts that young people make! Warm genuine words of encouragement and praise are always a source of courage and confidence that spur people on to expand their abilities and potential.
The Daishonin encourages us, "Winter always turns to spring."* Those who live out their lives by practicing and spreading the Mystic Law are certain of having the last moment of their lives adorned with glory. Through taking on all challenges and hardships that might confront us in life, let’s establish an unshakable strength within ourselves!
Courageous action is another name for compassion. What is vital in our actions though is that we do not limit what we can do! Let’s constantly chant daimoku for the happiness of our friends and courageously challenge starting up new conversations!
We would all like to express our utmost appreciation to the members of our cleaning groups for their selfless dedication to keep our SGI community centres so clean and tidy and standing with pride as the treasure castles of kosen-rufu. We are sincerely praying that all of you, who carry a very noble mission, will make every effort to stay safe and have no accidents at all times.
“Thanks for everything you do!" "Welcome! Thank you for coming out in this cold weather!" These sort of words expressing our appreciation and sincerity are what spread happiness and joy among everyone. Let’s become the type of leader who people recall as “the one with a nice warm friendly smile!"
We, the Bodhisattvas of the Earth are the protagonists, the heroes and heroines of world peace. Blazing with enthusiasm to realise our epic goal of kosen-rufu, let’s focus on the tasks that are right before us. Now is the time to advance one courageous step!
Let’s be careful about not catching influenza or the norovirus! Let’s remind each other to be careful and to take thorough measures to protect ourselves! Good health is an invaluable treasure!
The path to victory is through our study of the Gosho! Let's try to read the Gosho regularly even if it is only one sentence or passage! Diligently doing so will most certainly help us to break through whatever is in our way!
