The Daishonin states: “Buddhism primarily concerns itself with victory or defeat."* Let’s first and foremost decide that we will definitely be victorious and chant daimoku resolutely to the very end! It’s our own unyielding perseverance to continue to challenge things until the very last moment, no matter what, that moves the Buddhist gods - the supportive forces in the universe - and determines our victories. May everyone, together, have reason to shout triumphant cries of victory in this new era!
