Kosen-rufu’s advancement depends on the collective efforts of everyone. It’s important that leaders try to become the type of “leader" who looks after and is considerate of his or her fellow members and who gives full play to each person’s personality and character and can use their talents and abilities, to the fullest, in our activities. Let’s be victorious by chanting daimoku and using our wisdom!
