Members' Injustice - Tampines Zone YMD persecutionsFrom all the reports we gathered, these are the conclusions of the YMDs being persecuted by the top leaders.
Aaron Chan's (Tampines North) Apology Baldy Cake Oh! This person is Aaron, the chapter YMD from tampines north. He is one whose chapter got an assistant. Anyway, this whole incident was shared to me and I was told that the apology was quite reluctantly done. He said that he was asked to apologize by his adult leaders Chris because they still got doubt about his fb actions. It was not quite clear why he want to do it but seems to me that they want him to do that to move on in his chapter. One hilarious thing that I heard was his zone MD Toh said no right or wrong about it. My friend and I were wondering if no right or wrong why ask him to apologize? Baldy Cake I think it happens within this past 2 months. Baldy Cake From what I know, Chris is the MD asst chap. I think it's during their leaders meeting. He apologize because adult leaders got doubt on his fb actions. We are uncertain of when the apology happened so we did a thorough check on the activity schedule. The only leaders meeting that is the nearest is in the month of March which is Individual Region, besides this meeting, there is no other leader meeting available. We concluded that this is definitely another plot carried out by the top leaders with Aaron's MD asst chap, Chris Ma. They held a meeting on their own accord to facilitate the apology. If not, how else would this has happen? Melvin Tan and Gymy (Tampines East) FD ICs' removal Tom Lee I attended the January FD meeting and heard that tampines zone FDIC Melvin Tan was graduated. Some people were shocked to hear on this announcement. I felt something was fishy with regards on this graduation. Tua Kang Ong I think there was another YMD Leader named Gymy who was also graduated. I think he is also from Tampines Zone. Tom Lee Worst of all, YMD Tampines Zone FDIC not enough le. After removing Melvin and Gymy, there is only 1 FDIC left. I cant see the need to graduate both of them, its not as if there is sufficient ICs. Justice Pao I heard the reason for Melvin n Gymy removal was because they did not attend mtg for 2mths.. Moreover, there wasn't any dialogue prior to their removal.. Is this how SSA function now? We can conclude that the excuses given for the removal of these 2 FD IC is definitely just a cover up. In the organization, there are also some leaders who have been inactive for years. Why wasn't there removals of such 'empty' positions? Is this the spirit of our mentors to take comrades lightly? What kind of examples are these top leaders setting for our future generations? We hope everyone can pause and think for a while, who will cause more devastation. Is it the group of MD and YMDs whose influence is within handful more harmful or these top leaders that has influence over the whole organization? We will leave this for your thoughts.. |
