Top Authorities continues their persecution (2) - 9th Apr 2012
We have just verified the report and completed our investigation of the MD member whose home has been removed from being the Zandankai venue because of his posting in the Facebook.
This MD member is Mr. Tin Wai Leong. He was an ex-YMD Region Chief of RH3, he was graduated to MD before the expulsion of the MD Stanley Chua and the removal of 5 seniors YMD leaders. His home was contributed as the Zadankai venue for the past 2 years. Surprisingly, the home which houses the Discussion Meeting for the district was registered under Mr. Tin's parent's name as the owner of the Zadankai venue. The chronology of the event is as follow, during the March 2012 District Discussion Meeting held at Mr. Tin's home, the father of Mr. Tin noticed from the activities list that the following month(April) zandankai will be relocated to another venue. It was no longer at his home. This was the first time that he learned of it. Members were also informed for the very first time. The reason provided to the members was that the new Zadankai venue would be a more convenient location. Few days later, MD leaders conducted a dialogue with Mr. Tin and his father. They explained that the reason for the removal of the Zadankai venue from their home was due to Mr. Tin's posting in Facebook and the decision was made from the top. The MD leaders admitted that they have got no choice but to execute the instruction from the top. In this event, we felt that serious injustice have been done to both the members, as well as to Mr. Tin and his family members. Both of Mr. Tin's parents were very disturbed and saddened by this entire incident since they were the registered owners of the Zadankai venue. We can imagine the amount of pain, anguish and agony inflicted upon the family members of Mr. Tin by the decision made from the top leaders of SSA. This great injustice that befell Mr. Tin's family has prompted us with many questions. Why was there no prior discussion with the owners of the Zadankai venue, on the top leaders' decision? Why was there no preemptive measure taken to ensure that the owners of the Zadankai venue were informed beforehand by the top leaders? Why are the family members being implicated in the Facebook issue? From what we observed, Mr. Tin had not been posting in the Facebook for quite sometime, what is the motive behind for the top leaders to take such brutal action? Aren't the top leaders the party who have always wanted to move on? Is persecuting the family members one of their methods to intimidate the practitioners who had posted in Facebook? We have witnessed similar brutality inflicted, by the top, on Stanley's family and now on Mr. Tin's. Is it because they are members and can be easily bullied? |
